At First Florida Home Mortgage, we’re a small, independently owned mortgage brokerage. We believe in building personal relationships with the loan officers who work with us and giving them the freedom to run their businesses.
Why consider joining us?
Keep more of what you earn. Our broker fee is $750 per funded loan, with no additional broker fees.
Work independently. Our loan officers work as self-employed, 1099 independent contractors and have the freedom to manage their own businesses.
Reach the broker directly. You can work with an accessible broker-owner who knows you and is available when you need to talk.
Offer borrowers choices. We have relationships with approximately 70 wholesale lenders, giving you access to a broad range of lending options. If there’s a lender you’ve worked with and like, or one that could help you place a loan, we’re open to discussing the possibility of adding them.
Benefit from experience. First Florida Home Mortgage has been in business for 28 years.
